Our beverage program is a bit like Savory itself, small & eclectic. Limited (aka "no") storage space dictates to an extent the size of the wine list - and at the same time inspired us to focus our selections entirely on the Pacific Northwest.
Wines are primarily small production offerings that rotate on our list based on availability. When the current vintage runs out we simply search for the next thing that excites us.
The exception to the "PNW rule" is our dessert wine selection.
